Angel Hike Terms and Conditions

Registering for a hike indicates that you have read and agreed to the following:

1. All expenses incurred are mine and my guests/dependents entirely and I seek no reimbursement by Angel Hike or related organisations, companies, its agents and employees.
    
2. I will follow all directions of hike leaders, be familiar with the hike activity, be fully prepared and agree to the use of my image and any person in my care by Angel Hike.
    
3. I acknowledge that my participation in any Angel Hike is my decision and I accept all responsibilities for the safety of myself and any attendees in my care for the preparation, participation, and post activities totally.
    
4. I agree that Angel Hike and related organisations, companies, its agents and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for any by any person or property of myself, other attendees in my care, my agents or employees, or third parties.
    
5. I hereby covenant and agree to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Angel Hike and related organisations, companies, its agents and employees from all liabilities, charges, expenses and costs on account of or by reason of any injuries, deaths, liabilities, claims, property damage, suits or losses occurring or damages growing out of the same to myself, other attendees in my care, my agents or employees, or third parties.
